How does it work?
Garlic and Fish Oil capsules contain Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA that contribute to normal heart function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 250 mg EPA and DHA (heart) or 250 mg DHA (brain and vision).
Fish oil contains a high concentration of Omega-3 and vitamin E. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of body cells against oxidative damage.
